  2. There should be very severe penalties for any cop who attempts to interfere any way with people filming the police. At a minimum they should be barred for life from law enforcement. Any cop who's doing something on duty that he doesn't want filmed shouldn't be allowed to be a cop. Personally, I'd prefer prison time for any cops who interfere with people who try to film them.
