The great decline started under Reagan, but that just laid the groundwork for much more extreme free-market fundamentalism under George W. Bush. And now even Bush looks like a centrist compared to the extremist pro-greed, pro-corruption agenda of the GOP.

  2. Somehow I suspect the reason Erick Erickson can't sell his house is that it's a multi-million dollar mansion, and the market for those is a tiny bit limited. Maybe he should try selling to John McCain or Mitt Romney, they're always looking to expand their mansion collections.
