@RellyR510 They were published in his name with no by-line to indicate somebody else wrote them, and they were written with 1st-person references to Paul's careers both as a doctor and a Congressman. Barring strong evidence to the contrary, it's not at all unreasonable to think that he's the one who wrote them.

@TheInfeksjon95 While there are distinct disadvantages to letting stupid people vote (see: the Bush administration, the 112th Congress), that's the price we pay for democracy. I can't imagine any way to prohibit stupid people from voting that wouldn't end up just rigging elections in favor of those already in power.
