This is such an obviously frivolous suit that I can't understand why Exxon would be so stupid as to waste their time and money on it. Obviously the money they'll spend on the lawsuit will be chump change by their standards, but it's not as if they'll gain anything from it. On the other hand, hopefully Fox will be forced to spend a lot on defending against the frivolous lawsuit.
