  1. No, the rich do not create jobs. Consumer demand creates jobs. And the rich paying the majority of taxes doesn't mean that their taxes shouldn't be higher. They have the vast majority of the money, after all.

  5.  @bigfanofaiu5399  Yes, nobody paid 90% of their income in taxes, because that's not how income tax brackets work. Only income past a certain threshold would be taxed at the 90% rate, and everything else would be taxed at lower rates. Guess what. Nobody pays 37% of their income in taxes today, even though that's the top bracket's tax rate. If the 1%-ers were paying an effective tax rate of around 40% today, that would be significantly more than they currently pay.
