@Clonetrooper17 No, 305mm ammunition wouldn't have worked in the 320mm guns, at least not as-is. You'd need to remove the barrel liner and replace it with a thicker one that brings the bore back down to 305mm diameter. Or alternatively, since the turrets were originally designed for 305mm guns, just remove the 320s and replace them with some leftover Gangut guns. Which might have been what the Soviet Navy actually intended to do in Novorossiysk's next refit, had she not struck a mine and sunk. Though I've also seen some claims that they intended to drop in the entire turrets off a Gangut; I have no idea how plausible that would be since the barbettes wouldn't be the same size (for either the triple or twin turrets).
