I suspect that if Admiral Marschall hadn't been replaced and Bismarck had still scored that lucky hit on Hood, unlike Lutjens he would've likely agreed with Captain Lindemann's suggestion to chase down Prince of Wales instead of letting her flee. Whether he would've also agreed to Lindemann's proposal to go back through the Denmark Strait and repair in Norway instead of attempting to reach France, that's less certain.
