With regard to an AA battleship, one of the proposals for completing Jean Bart in 1943 was to cover the ship in 5"/38 twins, including mounting three of them on top of the B turret's barbette (that turret would've been removed under this plan due to lack of guns). There would've been a total of fifteen of the 5"/38 twin turrets and a single 15"/45 quad turret.
