  1.  @jaredrevis4594  I wonder if the Navy was inclined to ignore the lessons that that Akiyama Saneyuki left to them (despite his impeccable record of naval service as an architect of their glorious victories in the Russo-Japanese War) because of his brother, the very prominent Army general Akiyama Yoshifuru.
