  3.  @almostthepointofnoreturn9403  And the Zumwalt-class "destroyers" are 46% above the treaty limit for a cruiser. Too bad about them being white elephants, though once the non-functioning 155mm turrets get replaced by LRHW missiles they'll at least have a purpose.
