  5. No he has not released transcripts. He released an edited memo that literally says "not a verbatim transcript" on page one. And even that edited memo still proves there was a quid pro quo. Trump released the military aid (which he had had been illegally blocking in the first place) only because the whistleblower report became public. He released the aid because he got caught.
