@craigboden9455 Russia does not need a warm water port, they only want it. And they think they're entitled to have it regardless of it being in another country. And thus, it again circles right back to being all Russia's fault.

@craigboden9455 No, they stole it. And that's the fundamental issue with Russia. They feel entitled to steal whatever they want. Russia is the only European nation that never decolonized.

@asnark7115 No, it was not already theirs. Contrary to your claims, the lease on Sevastopol naval base was permanent, and leasing is not the same thing as ownership. How would you have reacted if Britain had used the same logic to decide they wouldn't return Hong Kong to China after all? Or if the USA had used that logic to decide to keep the Panama Canal forever instead of handing the Canal Zone back to Panama?

@lastspud7030 Macgegor's employer is Russia.

@minhloi4536 Care to repeat that argument in complete sentences so that it's actually coherent? Ukraine's independence didn't come from any "Minsk treaty", and the Minsk agreements of 2014 and 2015 were Russian impositions on Ukraine's independence, imposed at gunpoint. The modern equivalent of the "unequal treaties" that the Western powers and Japan imposed on China in the 19th century. "NATO expansion" is frankly none of Russia's business. Maybe if Russia just stopped threatening all of its neighbors, they'd stop joining NATO for protection against Russian aggression.

Tucker Carlson is the one whose claims are all sourced to "trust me bro".

@FoogleBoogle This isn't Russia we're talking about.

This is what they always were.

@dragon44048 The USA is the nation he lives in, but it's not the nation he's loyal to.

Correction. 103 months after Russia's invasion began. Russia's invasion began in 2014, not 2022.

@Cssfiend Pretty sure that was Epstein's father.

Because it's a mockup for either military training or use in a movie. In either case, they only needed it to look close enough, and this mockup more than meets that standard. I'm guessing that the hydraulic screw for the outrigger legs on a real Patriot launcher is more expensive than a hydraulic piston. Given that the launcher on this prop will be made of just sheet metal and/or painted wood, it'll be a lot lighter than a real Patriot launcher. So the thin, flimsy outriggers with hydraulic pistons would be sufficient when you need the launcher to set up for its action shots. And all of the other discrepancies between the prop and the real thing are stuff you have to pause, zoom, and search for. Nobody cares if their prop is that perfect.

@sirtra Pim Tool deleted that video after the indictment was announced.
1
@RustySchackleford-m5o This isn't just some one-off. Pim Tool has been putting out pro-Russia content like that for several years now.

@Giveme1goodreason The main source of corruption in Ukraine has always been Russian oligarchs.

I know this story would be BS just from the title, but I didn't really think about it just being a training mockup. My immediate thought was that China must have made a knockoff of the Patriot, since they copy so much else.

@deanprecio5663 The "Zelensky regime" meaning the democratically elected government of Ukraine.

Because Macgregor is a stooge of the Kremlin.
1
@meissnerflux I'm saying that the other European nations were forced to grant independence to their colonies, while Russia never did.

Exactly. Useful idiots are just dupes. These guys are willing assets of the enemy. In other words, traitors.

@tocreatee3585 Given that nuclear war isn't going to happen, no it's really not particular scary.
