  3. Claiming that Brian Peckford "played a key role in drafting" the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is massively dishonest. Just because he was present when it was drafted doesn't mean he played a major role. Nor does it mean his far-right fringe views are embodied in the Charter.
