  1. Given that China's state-owned oil company has a 25% stake in the consortium that's extracting the the Guyanese oil, even Venezuela's own usual allies would oppose them in this.

  3.  @angusperson4222  NATO is only obligated to intervene if one of their member states is attacked. But NAOT members are free to choose to intervene in other cases.
