  2. The Kiribati part really is completely asinine. The Phoenix Islands are uninhabited, so it's pretty irrelevant what side of the International Date Line they lie on. And the Line Islands are barely populated. Why not just have the work week for that 7% of the Kiribati population be Sunday through Thursday?
