With the size they're talking about, I would've hoped that there'd be room for more than just 128 VLS cells. I mean the 10,000 ton Sejong the Great has 128 cells, a ~13,000 ton "destroyer" ought to be able to have more. How about 128 Mk 41 cells and one of those 12-cell hypersonic launchers.

Apparently the US Navy no longer likes the "cruiser" designation. Probably because Congress thinks "cruiser" sounds more expensive than "destroyer".

@jeffstrom164 Complete jingoistic bullshit. Canada does not use less effective medicine and technology. And the entire mythology about Canadians coming to the US for health care is a lie. Pretty much only the mega-rich do that, and that's not because of quality of care. It's because in the US, being rich lets you skip to the head of the line, while in Canada they'd have to wait their turn.

@jeffstrom164 Typical idiotic lies. No, it's not a matter of "not being treated in a timely fashion". It's that egotistical billionaires are offended by the idea of waiting at all. Especially if poorer people are ahead of them in line. Not having socialized healthcare is what's dumb. There's a reason that no other nation on Earth tries to copy the US system. And it's not because of your jingoistic lies about the US having better medicine and better technology.
