It declares Russia to be "democratic, federative, law-based state with a republican form of government", but the reality is that Russia is none of those things. It is a dictatorship that has show elections to pretend it's democratic. Its "federative" character has been completely demolished in favor of total central control from Moscow. Rule of law does not exist in Russia. And it's a de facto monarchy with Putin as the tsar.
