With regard to the Russians fielding remote-controlled IFVs? I'll believe it when I see it. No, I don't have any doubts about Russian designers' ability to create such a system. But look at the Armata. I have a lot of doubts about Russian industry's ability to build a such a vehicle. Just look at the Armata program. They designed the T-14, but all they've been able to build are 70 or so hand-made preproduction vehicles. The only vehicles Russia is mass-producing are the ones they already have the tooling set up for.
