  2. Imagine that, the completely nonsensical project is a disaster. Also, no surprise that this fantasy city was allowed to be chosen as a World Cup site. FIFA is the organization that even the International Olympic Committee looks at and says, "Well damn, you are are so corrupt". MBS gave them some cash, and little questions like "does the site actually exist?" became a non-factor in the selection process.
