I'm not sure about the D.3801. It seems like something that would be really hard to convince even the dumbest minister that it's up to the task. This might be cheating since the specific model wasn't even put into production, but since it's a variant of an aircraft that was in production as of 1945 I'll suggest it anyway. The Gloster Meteor F.1, but with Rolls-Royce Trent turbofan engines. It's in keeping with Elbonian weirdness, and it shouldn't be hard to sell the air minister on the idea that this would give the best of both worlds between props and jets. When it would instead be more likely to give the worst of both worlds.

With regard to the Bf 109G, I suspect the Luftwaffe hand-picked the worst examples they could find to send to Switzerland. (Because honestly, they'd have been pretty dumb to not do that.)
