X is a cesspool, and most certainly does not have "free speech". If you post anything that Elon doesn't like and he notices your post, you're banned. And he's perfectly free to do that. He bought the site, so he can make it as terrible as he wants.

Twitter was always dominated by conservative voices. The right-wing narrative that "conservatives weren't allowed to express themselves" is a comical lie.

Utter nonsense. A website can ban whatever content they feel like. If they want to, they're allowed to have an in-your-face political bias about what is and is not allowed on their website. After all, that website is their property.

It's not merely the change of name that she's referring to. It's that content rules were vastly changed. It's a perfect example of how changing content rules is very much a 1st Amendment protected act of expression.
