"Nothing would be worse than declaring victory before the victory is won." Says the moron who spent the last week declaring victory.
22
Duda and his fascist party are the worst thing to happen to Poland since the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.
5
@churblefurbles Saying that Trump is "still at work" means nothing, since he never did any actual work even before the virus happened.
3
@noneyabizz8337 So what exactly is in the Constitution that renders a law mandating masks unconstitutional? Would the laws against public nudity also be unconstitutional? If state or local governments are allowed to mandate that you cover up your ass and crotch in public, why would they not also be able to mandate that you cover your mouth and nose?
3
@billybobjoe198 Do you think the public should also have the "right" to drive around without wearing seat belts? Tepidly "encouraging" people to wear masks hasn't worked. There are too many morons who refuse to do so. As such, it needs to be made mandatory for the duration of the epidemic.
3
No doubt the ruling party will rig the runoff election to stay in power.
3
@Mine-Finder Trump spent far more than $97 million on vacations in just his first year.
3
@USA_djhiggi77 You're a special kind of stupid. Trump inherited an economic boom that was already well underway before he was even elected, let alone took office. And he's lying when he claims he lost money by being President.
3
@DeltaEchoGolf We can't know with 100% certainty in every case. But you can get a pretty damned good idea. When there's a higher than normal rate of death from respiratory illness (and there has been this year), it's not exactly a stretch to think that the brand-new respiratory virus that's spreading like wildfire through the nation probably caused a lot of those deaths.
2
@DeltaEchoGolf No, the average flu does not kill 60 to 80 thousand Americans. More like 3.5 to 15 thousand. https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/observations/comparing-covid-19-deaths-to-flu-deaths-is-like-comparing-apples-to-oranges/
2
@kevinr278 Closing the borders is irrelevant, and Democrats had no power to "stop" it from happening. Trump brags about having restricted travel from China, but the virus was already in the USA by the time he did that.
2
@neurotoksyn Trump said that the claims of him doing a bad job were a hoax. But in reality, he 100% has done a terrible job dealing with the virus.
2
@fuzzbutt5500 Are you seriously trying to argue that the growing Hispanic population will help Republicans?
2
Proskillz 821 You're the one with an obvious low IQ.
2
Proskillz 821 You talk about "flue" and think COVID is the same thing. That's proof enough that you're stupid.
2
Spanish Ramon Even in ancient Rome, there were multiple instances of the plebeians extracting concessions from the patricians by just all walking out of town, and forcing the patricians to fend for themselves.
2
@noneyabizz8337 Clearly neither do you.
2
@johnsprince3924 It should be illegal to be this stupid.
2
@renocool1558 And some morons also don't want to wear seat belts. What's your point?
2
@Mine-Finder No, you lying buffoon, Obama didn't golf more than Trump. Trump has already in 3 years spent more time on the golf courses than Obama did in 8. And the fact that Trump vacations at the resorts he owns is part of how he embezzles taxpayer money into those resorts. He charges extravagant rental fees from his own Secret Service bodyguards, instead of doing what would be entirely within his power as owner of the resort and giving them the rooms for free. That alone has netted Trump many millions of dollars from his presidency, far beyond the $400k annual salary that he makes a show of donating.
2
@winterszhuzhupets2 No, Obamacare was not "almost replaced". It was almost repealed. Trump and the Republicans weren't actually going to replace it with anything. Mexico is not paying anything for the wall. Having troops on the border (which Mexico isn't doing either) is not paying for the wall. Not to mention that "the wall" hasn't actually been built. Trump didn't give us anywhere near "the greatest economy in history". Trump did however give us the current disastrously bad economy. And Benghazi was not in any way a "big disaster".
2
@regjoe30 It's entirely about money for Trump. Money is the only thing he cares about.
2
@USA_djhiggi77 Given that Trump lies almost constantly, with well over 10 thousand lies just in the last 3 years, no. There's not anything he could say that I'd expect him not to be lying about. With such an obvious pathological liar, anything he says would need to be proven true before I believe it.
2
@markjacobs3468 No, Mark. Owning an inherited business is not work. Trump has not "obtained" success, he's had it handed to him by others for his entire life. He's never had to earn anything.
2
@Bocbo You're a blithering idiot.
2
@Bocbo You're a moron. It's been quite thoroughly proven that masks dramatically reduce the spread of the virus. It's why the US is doing so much worse than most other developed nations. Because refusal to wear masks is an almost uniquely American idiocy.
2
Broken Arrow Trump is both an "old crusty hack" and a crackhead. Moron.
2
Trump's disastrous mishandling of the virus is in and of itself a valid reason to impeach him again. But it would be a waste of time to impeach somebody who's already voted out of office.
1
@TheHopetown Republicans are the ones who are the party of violence. And Trump is the one who has obvious dementia. He couldn't even win a debate against Hillary Clinton. Biden will rip him to shreds.
1
I'd prefer banning anti-vaccine morons from living in the United States.
1
@gwiztv5619 So your lack of a brain is just a biological difference?
1
@gwiztv5619 And yet you're more likely to get COVID because of your idiotic anti-vaccine nonsense.
1
@tdgreenbay The only thing our (p)resident "realizes" is that his hotels and golf courses are losing money.
1
@tdgreenbay The fact that you think this is a "China engineered virus" and that it's less deadly than the flu proves that you're a complete lunatic. And the fact that you care more about your own profit margin than human lives proves that you're a sociopath.
1
@Reeces_Pieces No. It isn't.
1
@DeltaEchoGolf Complete and utter lies. There has never been even a single case of such a thing happening. The reality is that COVID has caused far more deaths than the official numbers indicate, because many thousands of people have died of COVID without being diagnosed, often without even having seen a doctor at all before they died.
1
@DeltaEchoGolf That's not based on confirmed deaths from the flu, the way the 141,000 COVID victims are based on confirmed deaths from COVID. Did you even read what I posted before replying to it?
1
@colinfrancis You're the one who's posting nothing but horseshit. No reputable doctor anywhere on Earth would ever claim that COVID-19 is a scam.
1
@colinfrancis The lunatics and quacks you're listening to are not reputable doctors.
1
@MasterHippo Congratulations, you're even fucking dumber than Trump.
1
Instead, Trump wants us to be "back to normal" by Easter. Regardless of the fact that the virus will still be spreading then.
1
Very few of the protesters were traveling to multiple areas. The vast majority protested in their own cities. And actual analysis has shown that during the protests, there were actually fewer people gathering in public, because the people who didn't participate in the protests stayed home.
1
@jennyj5687 Where do you lunatics come up with that nonsense?
1
@SlyNine Those medical advisers have repeatedly had to say right after Trump speaks in his press conferences that actually, what Trump said isn't true.
1
@kevinr278 Nothing of the sort ever happened. You're just a lying cultist.
1
@fuzzbutt5500 That's just it. How can Republicans effectively court Hispanics? They'd lose their own white supremacist base in the process.
1
How is it "smearing" the governor? He did prohibit cities from requiring masks.
1
Yes, there are still quacks who insist that hydroxychloroquine is an effective treatment for COVID-19. In reality, there's not a shred of evidence to support their claims.
1
God sees all!!! If I ever get the virus, I'll want a treatment that actually does something rather than an anti-malaria drug that does nothing whatsoever to viruses.
1
The coronavirus is probably more capable of listening and being reasoned with than Trump is.
