That's like claiming that if the United States were to break up this year, Texas or California would become the "rightful owner" of those nuclear weapons in North Dakota.

  7.  @davidmitchell3020  That's not remotely what happened. Like Ukraine, Kazakhstan gave up those nuclear weapons not because Russia was the "rightful owner", but because the United States pressured them to do so.
