You seem to vastly underestimate just how many cities there are in the US, and how many people there are in the US. Very few of the people who might vote for Bloomberg in the upcoming primaries are even considering voting for Bernie. The people who will vote for Bloomberg would've otherwise probably been Biden voters. As such, Bloomberg will have no impact at all on how many delegates Bernie gets. All Democratic primaries award delegates on a strictly proportional basis. There's no winner-take-all, meaning that the only way he can reduce how many delegates Bernie gets would be to convince people who are considering Bernie to vote for Bloomberg instead. Exactly how many people do you think that's going to work with? There's very little overlap between people who like a centrist-at-best ex-Republican billionaire and people who like Bernie.
