  1. Abolishing judicial review would be insane. Without judicial review, there'd be no check on the powers of Congress and the President. Imagine how much of a despot Trump would be if none of his actions could be struck down by the courts.

  3. Without judicial review, there would be absolutely no recourse whenever Congress passes an unconstitutional law. Congress would have absolute power, which would be insane.
