  3. Bernie is deluding himself if he actually thinks there's still a path for him to win the nomination. The reality is that he's in a worse position now than he was at this point in 2016, and has consistently done worse in every state than he did in 2016. That's the case even in the states that Bernie has won. Also, there gets to be a point where continuing to stay in a race that's no longer winnable actually reduces your influence rather than increasing it. Bernie has probably already reached that point.

  12. Actually Nathan, it's even worse than that. Even if Bernie won every single race going forward, Biden would still win the nomination. Bernie would need to not just win but get 65% of the vote in order to get a majority of delegates.
