@JodyOwen-we6oo If it comes down to that, the attorneys whose privilege was forfeited under the crime-fraud exception can be granted immunity, at which point the the 5th Amendment ceases to apply. If you have immunity, it's no longer possible to incriminate yourself by answering and thus you're required to answer. If a witness has been granted immunity yet still refuses to testify, they go to jail for contempt of court.
