  1. If you look at the ATF's website, they give a list of firearms that have been removed from the NFA. Many detachable stock/holster pistols, including the Nambu specifically, are listed. Of course, for some stupid reason the ATF dictates that it has to be the "original" shoulder stock...even though normally it's totally acceptable to replace a missing or damaged part on a C&R firearm with a modern reproduction part; normally C&R status is only impacted if the CONFIGURATION is changed.
