  1. While certainly anti-tank rifles were no longer of any use against actual tanks by the time this thing was designed, it's not as if there weren't other, less armored vehicles to shoot. Things like armored cars and half-tracks. I would presume that's what Canada was actually thinking of when testing this thing.
