And a wall of any height would be completely without value to America. Particularly with regard to drug smugglers. Are you not aware that the drug cartels dig tunnels under the border? We know they attempted to alter the files. And those are the attempts that were actually caught. How many times did they hack in without getting caught and delete registrations of people they considered likely to vote for Clinton?
