  1. I don't understand why you're saying "dictator" is less than 100% accurate in describing Sisi. He's not just a "dictatorial authoritarian", he's a dictator. Full stop. Like you said, he took power in a coup that overthrew the democratically elected government of Egypt. While he holds elections, they are overtly rigged. He's still the same dictator he was during the military coup.
