  1. Pakman is wrong about the polls tightening up anyway. They really haven't, it's just that Rasmussen's fake polls are skewing the averages. The fact that Rasmussen even still gets included in polling averages is stupid, and is probably just because outlets like RCP and 538 are terrified of how much the Republicans will attack them if they remove Rasmussen. I'm convinced that Rasmussen outright fabricates their poll results, and are giving more favorable numbers for Trump just to keep Republicans from being demoralized.

  4. I'm not sure how you think it's possible for the Trump Organization to be charged with financial crimes without Donald Trump himself being touched. The Trump Organization is not a corporation. It's owned directly by Trump and his children. That means there's no legal separation between the business and owner, like there is between a corporation and its shareholders.
