  3.  @glencro2331  No, he will not appear on the ballot. He can try to get on the ballot, but he won't be allowed to do so. And there is less than zero chance of the Supreme Court even accepting his case, let alone ruling in his favor.

  4. And Cenk has the delusional idea that he'll poll at 20% and this will spur the big-name Democratic governors to jump into the primary. Nevermind that nobody's going to include him in polls at all (what with him being ineligible to run), and if they did he'd poll at more like 0.2%.
