  1. We don't know for sure that this will be Trump's first criminal trial. It's the first one to be scheduled, but remember that federal cases tend to move a lot faster than state cases once an indictment is delivered. So if Jack Smith indicts Trump in the next few months, most likely the federal trial would most likely begin sooner than March.

  3. Trump should've already been in prison long before his 2016 presidential run. He's been able to get away with crimes for his entire life because he's rich and famous.
