  1. Packing the court would allow the Voting Rights Act to be fully reinstated, and ruling partisan gerrymandering to be ruled unconstitutional. This would make it unlikely that Republicans ever would be able to win the presidency or the House majority again. Because if they can't cheat, they don't win.
