  1. Egypt clearly does have a better choice than this: stop wasting billions on the ridiculous "New Administrative Capital" project. SIsiopolis was the last thing Egypt needed. But the thing they needed even less than that is their own Dubai-style hellscape on the Mediterranean coast.
