@toshobg It's utterly insane that diesel is now more expensive than gasoline, given that you get more diesel than gasoline out of each barrel of petroleum you refine.

@brettbuck7362 That's the price at the pump, which has very little to do with the production cost. It used to be that diesel cost less per gallon than any grade of gasoline, as should be the case given that diesel is so much cheaper to refine. But since then the price of diesel has exploded, simply because the gas station can get away with it.
