  2.  @emintey  India already has the new Vikrant fitting out and expected to enter service in 2021. They probably figure that since they can now build their own aircraft carriers, they don't need to buy them from anybody else. Their next carrier after that, Vishal, is supposed to be about the same size as the QE class, though the design isn't finalized.

  5.  @Hebdomad7  Honestly, NASA should've bought the Buran prototype after the USSR broke up, and perhaps hired the ex-Soviet engineers to collaborate on designing a new Space Shuttle. Given the loss of Challenger back in 1986, a replacement of the Shuttle with a more capable version should've already been a priority in 1993 when Russia cancelled the Buran program.

  6.  @Cdubp01  Buran was significantly superior to the Space Shuttle, particularly in terms of safety. It's a pity it was left unattended after the breakup of the Soviet Union, right up until the hangar collapsed and destroyed it.
