  1. smart people making stupid choices, she clearly didnt use google search to research the place she was going to. thats a 100% fail. they also have google street view, she did none of this to learn about where she was going to know what to expect, and yes these girls do think every person in the US has a nice new big house and its like new york all over the place, then 2 years later they suffering due to being home sick, then they hate living in the US. they then discover they cant get the food they want, because its not a island near the water for fresh sea food that many of them like, in PH the poor eat fresh fish, in the US the wealthy eat fresh fish, in PH the poor people go fishing as a way to feed themselves so they are used to eating fresh lobster and crab and fish, but then once in the US, they wonder, where is all the water at where the fish come from, they dont realize the nearest ocean can be 1,000 miles away. and the fish they do find will be frozen. so then massive depression set in on them, i know this because i have a filipino wife who thinks the same thing this girl did, and it was shocking to her once in the US, that all the people do not have all new cars and new houses.
