what if it was just a regular person who didnt know that road was going to be closed off that day and just thought they was going the same rout they have used for years, and then this happens. notice how they really gave almost zero reports about the person in the car, so its very possible the police just over reacted and freaked out the driver, the driver didnt seem to be trying really hard to get away

@psikeiro well apparently someone was not doing their job, or traffic cones and proper signs not used, i have a feeling the person would have wanted to avoid such crash
