  1. the structure of the ship has been weakened greatly and no longer useful . unless all weapons was removed from the ship, it still has tiny nuclear missiles on it, in 1980 they had tiny nukes on them so small they was placed on fighter jets, the missile had no radiation shielding, the loading guys always got cancer and tumors from being near the tiny nukes, they was made with no shielding to make them light weight,

  2.  @MarvAuthor  maybe you didnt fully understand, having to hire low IQ people leads to problems when placed in jobs they are not qualified for, and they also tend to be anti Americans.
