  2. the democrat law makers in California are hoping the fee is small enough so that the places like McDonalds and others will just pay the per cup fee and pass it onto the customers so they can make money to pay for things because people are leaving Ca so fast and taking their money with them,

  3. the states next to California have reported a 20% increase in property values from people moving out of California to nearby states, a look at the U-Haul map is off the charts crazy showing all the lines going out and not back into California. I am thinking this is all being done for a reason, to get Americans off the land to hand over to China.

  10. they fully understand the issue, but its all a bait and switch lie. the money will be used for the new illegals flooding the state, and this will also hurt the street vendors so only the big chain stores will survive, so it does 2 things at the same time, gives the state money needed to fund all the illegals and helps the big restaurants so people are forced to pay higher prices. it has nothing to do with the environment
