according to US immigration laws, the immigration form says, any applicant who was legally married in their home country can enter, so if its legal in her home country then the US immigration office cant stop her from bringing in her brother to the US, marriage fraud rules then do not apply. because it was legal in her country, and its also perfectly legal for a person to go to places such as the Philippines and then convert to islam, and then buy as many little girls as possible they can afford to buy so long as they or their family will claim the girl had her first period, and then that person can legally bring his 5 wives to the US even though they may be only 8 years old or 7 or what ever age and unlimited wives as there is no limit, because then its a legal marriage in the Philippines and US immigration laws must respect the laws of the other countries, now that's something sick, and no one talks about it because they don't want you to know this is going on, I know this because I have done legal immigration and have read all the rules on the Visa forms for importing direct relatives such as husband or wife,
