correct, in many cases I have seen the judge in private with both sides say that a not guilty is part of the choices, but then when court is back in session the judge will issue choices that do not allow a not guilty verdict, the judge lied to the defendant and I know this because I was the defendant in the judges room where we all talked about possible verdict charges, and there was a judge on the jury. it was rigged all the way around on me. and then I got 6 months probation, its a crime to pull out a gun on your property even if you didn't point it at a person or threaten to use it, its considered assault if the other person can see it even if they are the one who entered your property to do harm to you, the criminal is protected, and yet later I learn the judge was up for reelection and wanted to show he was tough on gun crime. and so was my lawyer who then won city attorney in the election, so he allowed the trial to go and lose the case and sad nothing and when I said something, the judge says your not allowed to defend yourself in court when you have a lawyer, only the lawyer is allowed to speak for you. so then its illegal for me to call out the judge for changing the verdict choices after both sides agreed
