  2. they only arrested him and not the homeless criminals because the police thought they could get money out of him in court. they dont arrest the poor people there, and will not arrest you for theft so long as its under 900 dollars now.

  3. holy crap, 37,000 dollars was not nearly enough. cities are targeting people who help the homeless, reason why, the cities get to collect federal funding, if your helping the homeless in any way, you are seen as the criminal taking money away from the city, thats why they arrest people who feed the homeless.
