  1. Wow I almost laughed when he said the loneliness is stronger than the social anxiety because I was a shut in basically but the loneliness sent me into wanting to date and yup first guy I dated I married and he's a narcissist

Same with me I cared too much starting in high school and everyone in my family shamed me for it even some friends and I had body dysmorphia so I guess I had ocd traits but I felt so bad that I just starting acting like I didn't care and guess what happened yup family sent me to therapy and I was told I'm severely depressed

  3. I blame it on our prehistoric adapted brain I think self protection for the brain and survival was put as top priority above having fun or taking risks that could make our lives more fulfilling

  4. ​ @selensewar  those are usually signs of trauma you don't necessarily need to have PTSD to have small traumas that made you feel detached, for me rejection alone made me completely shut down
