Well I'm.overweight and diabetic I'm.76 but I can state firy I do not over eat I don't stuffy self with cream cakes.i get fed up with the abuse y get if y are diabetic and people just assume y eat the wrong things.i have never had a sweet tooth and I don't eat the wrong things and have never done so. I'm sick of it
