I remember when this happened I was thinking that with the pool outside the building , I would never have left the kids alone,since kids can wake up and wonder off and drown in the pool.

@CJGAMES4202 yes, but for me I was thinking about the pool, sooo many children drown because of neglect every year, so why leave three small children alone with a pool outside....

@bluesky8057 you are right,but on the other hand they needed to stay sane, no need to have them hysteric and in the way for the investigators. Could be that the investigators and police told them there's nothing they can do, go do something to get your mind off thisfor a while(I'm just assuming)

@Ms.Shortcake2008 you are right, but biggest threat is the pool, so many children drowns every year in pools. I read that about 1000 children drowns each year in the US.

@Ms.Shortcake2008 okay, but if you have a pool in your garden, then it's a risk for your small children and for friends withsmall children visiting.

I don't know, IF they'd caught the one who took Maddie, then THAT person should be given the bill to. If he owns a house,car anything, sell them and use that money as part of the payment. But if you never find him, then I don't know who ahould pay.
