I hope that Russia will be a good country again,with a normal leader,not a dictator. I have been there many times as a tourist, and I want to be able to visit it in the future also. Let's all hope for the best.

@michaelatkins4501 old pople might not have wanted it down, old people who were so brainwashed through their life that they are safe behind that wall and noone can protect them if the wall comes down. Old people are fragile in thei mins and bodies.

@ciarypowykonie3096 I have visited just for a few days at a time, as a tourist, both in the 80's and in the past few years. The change from the 80's is huge..and I don't mean "good country" as to be compared with all other countries, I mean "good" in Russian standards, good enough.
