I think the respect she had can be looked at like "well at least she didn't poison Maria, she just stole a child from her husband"...but anyway she didn't have everything Maria had, she lacked the class and style.

  8. I thought that Arnold stumbled into her bedroom only one fatal time but now I learned it was MORE than one time...WHAT??? I think Maria must have felt deeply sorry for Arnold, she understood immidiately how embarrassing it was for him to admit to have slept more than a couple of times with ....that woman....

  9. Carmie; yes and the mistress loved Arnolds children so much that she wanted one of her own😁and because she loved and respected Arnolds wife so much she only made one child with him😂

  11. why is a woman "amazing" when she accepts her husbands lovechild and the mistress?! Sorry but a classy woman would have kicked the child and the mistress and the husband out of her house and never ever spoken to them again. That is classy to me!

  13.  @valuecalc  we won't forget such a cheesy thing🤮but the more I read about it the more it makes sense to me; Maria wanted a divorce,she already had this Matthew Dowd that she was dating. She found out about the extra kid but didn't say a word because then Arnold would have had to pay childsupport out of the money that was meant for their original children, so she kept quiet for as long as possible, probably wanted to wait until the kid was 18, but couldn't keep it for that long I guess. I think Maria is more cleaver than we think, I would probably try tothink about it in the same way, if that's how the law goes.

I would NEVER have admitted to have slept more than ONE fatal time with her, and for her she should have sticked to the same story; ONE drunk time...then people would have accepted it more likely.

Perhaps Maria had lost interest in him anyway and found her chance to divorce him as a gift from heaven? We don't know anything, but my theory could be the right one.

  29.  @rubymccaslin6841  You might be right,but I must say,when my hubby started an affair with an ugly fat woman, I had no reaction but; HER???, that's what you want?! I moved out within a few days and never looked back, because knowing he dumped what we had for THAT, Made me think "who the hell IS he"??? Just the thought of him with her made me realize I do NOT want him anymore😆they broke up fast after, she was rich and that's what attracted him to her, the dollars😊I have had a wonderful exciting life ever since I left him but he has suffered with deep depression, her dollars didn't cure that😆

Itwas a "we" thing between the two of them, she wanted specificly Maria to know that...
